4 step easy guideline to clean frosted glass like a professional

Frosted Glass like stained glass panels is one of the most basic materials that are used in doors and windows etc. and come in a wide range of designs to suit the interior décor. When light falls on them, your entire home gets illuminated in a subtle manner. To make this lighting more effective, you need to keep them absolutely spic and span and devoid of any hazy spots. Here is a primer on how to do the same all by yourself:

  • First and foremost, gather all the necessary cleaning equipments such as cleaning hand gloves, a mild cleaner, spray, paper towels, sponge and a soft cloth. You can also use an old bristled brush for this purpose. Once you have all the things required, go ahead with the next step to clean frosted glass.
  • The next step to follow is gently scraping of bits of dirt and dust in the grooves of your frosted or stained glass panels using the bristled brush. You can use a toothbrush also for the same.
  • As and when you are done scraping off the dirt and debris, use a spray and apply the mild cleaner onto the stained glass panels, glass glazing or frosted panels and rub it gently with sponge. After this, neatly wipe it with paper towels to have sparkling glass.
  • Another tip that works well with all sorts of glass glazing and frosted ones is to dust them lightly each day with a lint free cloth. Hence, when you clean them after a while, you will need to work less on the same.
